Terms of sale

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every purchase made on endoandiron.com. The seller is [FULL NAME], sole trader trading as Endo & Iron, [BUSINESS ADDRESS], France, SIRET registration in progress, reachable at contact@endoandiron.com. Full details are in the legal notice.

2. The products

Endo & Iron sells digital guides in PDF format. Each guide’s content, number of pages and number of references are described on its page. The guides are educational and do not replace medical advice.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. The final amount is always shown before you pay.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed and paid through our payment provider, [PAYMENT PROVIDER], which processes your payment securely. Depending on the provider, it may act as the reseller of record for your purchase; in that case its own terms also apply and its name may appear on your receipt. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

The guide is delivered digitally, right after payment: a download link appears on the confirmation page and is sent to the email address you provide. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

Under EU law (article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code) and the equivalent UK rules, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, once you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose this right. You give this agreement when you complete your purchase. It does not affect our voluntary money-back guarantee below.

7. 14-day money-back guarantee

If a guide isn’t what you expected, email contact@endoandiron.com within 14 days of your purchase and you will be refunded in full. The details are in our refund policy.

8. Your licence

When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices. You may not copy, share, resell, publish or distribute it, in whole or in part, without written permission. The free samples may be shared in their complete, unmodified form.

9. Liability

The guides give general educational information based on published research. They are not medical advice and do not replace a consultation with a qualified professional. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but results depend on each person and cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

10. Questions, complaints and disputes

For any question or complaint, write to us first at contact@endoandiron.com; every message gets a reply. If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a dispute together, you can refer it free of charge to our consumer mediator: [CONSUMER MEDIATOR, NAME AND WEBSITE].

These terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
