Refund policy

Our 14-day guarantee

If a guide isn’t what you expected, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

• Email contact@endoandiron.com within 14 days of your purchase.
• Include the email address you used for the order, and your order number if you have it.
• We confirm by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

A file that doesn’t open

If your download link doesn’t work or the file is damaged, write to us at any time and we will send you a working copy.

After a refund

A refund ends your licence to use the guide, so please delete your copy.

Your legal rights

This guarantee comes on top of your legal rights as a consumer and does not limit them. Section 6 of our terms of sale explains how the right of withdrawal applies to digital content.
